Only first 2 seconds as you enter - then you instantly get used to it.
The second flight was more intense, I think it's a bit harder to breathe, and you feel pressure at your arms and shoulders similar to, say, you're doing full body push-ups and you're on your 5th or 7th. That's how it feels. Also I felt a little pain from the jacket hitting into my neck, because the instructor was pulling me, holding my jacket.
